TPS switch- off car

A throttle position switch on idle has little resistance so low output voltage at 0degrees turned until you come off idle at around 2degrees you'll get high resistance and voltage drop and a low output voltage.
At wide open throttle you get high resistance high voltage drop across the resistor at 0degrees until you reach wide open throttle when resistance will drop and voltage will drop across the resistor and you'll get a high output voltage.
